Mountain View Pain Center is Hiring a HR Manager Near Greenwood, CO

Job Description

Mountain View Pain Center is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the HR department, ensuring compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing a HR strategy to support growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and enjoy helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall management of the Human Resources department, including hiring, training, performance management, employee relations and termination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations.
  • Develop and implement human resource strategies to support growth within the company.
  • Develop an HR strategy to ensure that all areas of the HR function are operating in a sustainable manner.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Provide HR support to managers and employees including performance management, development plans, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws such as OSHA, ADA, etc..
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic or paper form according to established procedures.
  • Participate in employee relations meetings as requested by management.
  • Conduct periodic employee evaluations to ensure recruitment is efficient and meeting goals for performance management.
  • Provide feedback to managers on employee performance as required by law or regulation.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews with all employees (at least one every six months).
  • Assist in developing training programs for new employees.
  • Participate in annual safety meetings with all company departments (at least one every six months).
  • Assist in conducting safety meetings for all employees (once every two months).

Experience:
- 3 years’ experience as an HR manager or supervisor in a large organization (preferred) or equivalent work experience in a human resources department (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
